ABOUT THE ROLE
As the part time Assistant Manager (2IC), you will be responsible for partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales results for your store. In your role you will:

 

Help create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey

Assist in analysing sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives

Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for experienced, strategically minded retail professionals who have proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:

 

Previous retail experience, ideally within a lifestyle and action sport brand

Unparalleled passion and skill for creating moments that matter with your customers

Proven experience in driving teams to success and hitting KPIs

Ability to identify, recruit and train exceptional retail staff at all levels

A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and managing operational costs e.g. wages

Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your own career in retail!
